You have the right to enjoy account management, purchase and evaluation of commodities, transaction dispute handling, cash withdrawal , commission earning and other services on Adealbox.

1. Account management

[Account Creation] By creating an account in the Adealbox, you can apply for free Adealbox products for testing. Based on the needs of Adealbox management, you understand and recognize that only one profile can be bound to one Adealbox account. [Account Close] If any malicious operation made on your account which has explicitly banned, Adealbox will have the right to restrict your Adealbox account.

2. Apply for an order

For the product application submitted by the buyer on Adealbox, the system will automatically determine whether the buyer is qualified to purchase through the relevant indicators of the buyer: when the system determines that the buyer is qualified to purchase, the buyer can normally apply for the product and complete the follow-up of the order transaction; when the system determines that the buyer is not qualified to purchase, the system will directly reject the buyer’s application. All the products on this website will provide only one link access on Amazon. After you complete the payment on Amazon, you will have 4 hours to submit the order number on Adealbox and complete the trial report in a given timeframe. In order to make sure that you obtain the full amount of rebate, please do not use any gift cards or coupons as a form of payment when you place the order.

About trial report

In order to enhance the product quality, please submit the trial report between 3 and 14 days after the order confirmation.

About review

About cash withdrawal

For every completed order that complies with the instructions and guidelines on this platform, buyers can apply for cash withdrawal to PayPal account through their Adealbox account.

The following conditions will not allow a rebate:

1.Your request for return and refund on Amazon for the product test

2.You do not submit the trial report within a given timeframe

3.The order number is not confirmed and not approved, or you make the purchase in a wrong store, or related issues.

Note: If you have already requested for return and refund on Amazon, and in the meantime, you apply for cash withdrawal on Adealbox, we reserve the right to file a dispute on PayPal to retrieve the payment back. You also have to confirm and agree with the payment amount, and the remaining amount (if any) will be refunded back to your Adealbox account.

About monthly limited quota for application

In order for us to protect the security of buyers’ Amazon account and consolidate parts of the feedback from the buyers, we put forward a limitation on the quota for product tests for each month. The maximum number of product tests you can apply corresponds with your current level of membership. Furthermore, you have three opportunities to apply for review-needed products each day. About purchase rate being below standard

In order to ensure the maximization of buyer’s benefits, when you place the order to purchase the product, please follow the instructions and guidelines provided by this platform to complete the order, so as to minimize the rate of order cancellation.

General Representation and Warranty

You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the adealbox.com Privacy Policy with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless adealbox.com, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

Return & Exchange

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we’ re so sorry! Products purchased from Adealbox store can be returned at any time by the customer with proof of purchase; The returned items must not be swimwear, underwear, earrings, cosmetics, charity items, seconds, samples customised personalised items or gift cards; Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached); You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.

Entire Agreement

1. Submit false order No. including an unpaid order number;
2. Apply for Amazon product return or refund after receiving the cash back from Adealbox.com;
3. Maliciously evaluate the seller’s products review or threaten the platform;
4. Maliciously applied for more than 30 trials a month and has never successfully tested a product;
5. Failure to comply with other rules of the platform;

Note: If the product information is different from the third-party platform, everything is subject to the adealbox.com display.

Also, in order to ensure the fairness of both parties and to prevent fraud, we reserve the right to stop cooperating with you and recall the payment that already paid to you through PayPal for the following circumstances:

1. Provide a false or unpaid trial order number on the platform and have obtained the payment through Paypal;
2. Request a product return or refund on amazon after obtained the cash back via Paypal from Adealbox;

This Agreement represents the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, written or oral (including without limitation, earlier versions of this Agreement that may have been accepted by you). We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your non-termination and continued participation or use of any Adealbox Property after modification of this Agreement will constitute affirmative acceptance by you of such modification and your consent to abide by any terms thereof.
